“Clean room, custodial staff and most of the front office staff helpful. Some more smiles would be great! Major complaint was the pool. It filmed over several times from being underfiltered and on another occasion it was full of dead bugs. But overall a good experience reasonably priced. My grandkids loved the breakfast. But we're disappointed in the pool upkeep. Plentiful and easy parking.”

“The website advertises an indoor pool. The pool was closed "for the season" with the manager stating it's a seasonal pool. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The phones in the room did not work- not even to call down to the front desk. The television did not work upon arrival. It took two trips downstairs for the staff to come fix the television. “Parking was good, AC and room over all was good but there was a lot of noise outside with loud music and people walking by talking loud during the night. Obvious illegal happening in few of rooms .”

“There were items left in room and when I reported it the first time I was asked to remove them myself and set them outside the door. The second time I reported( next morning) it I was told housekeeper would be right up. The third time I reported (that afternoon after being out all day) the items were finally removed.”

“The room we booked ended up having bed bugs. So my girlfriend and myself are covered in bites. The property manager offered to move us to another room, neither of us felt comfortable so we declined. We did get a full refund though. ”

I had multiple issues with my stay mostly with housekeeping not cleaning my room on my first and second nights. My room was also very dark. Several lamps did not work or did not light sufficiently. “Great location great staff the and properties a little rundown my wife was sneezing all morning because of the carpet in the room to think about either taking that carpet out replacing it with hard floors, just really gets into the sinuses, especially in the Virginia with all the allergies. The outlets didn’t work for my adapter in the room. The shower was super noisy and created a puddle all taking a shower approximately 4 to 6 inches. The beds were comfortable.”
