“Horrible service. Roaches, bed bugs, dirty sheets and beds. Asked for our room to be cleaned and were told we were too late and they charge for replacing used towels. We had to leave the second day in after getting bitten up and finding roaches”

It is a small boutique, hotel hotel, so know that you will hear hallway noise and doors opening and closing as your neighbors come and go. For LGBTQ+ travelers, this place was very welcoming and friendly. Bar and restaurant experience were also great. We spent several days having cocktails. Bartenders were friendly, made strong drinks, and remembered us from one day to the next.”

“This is just a place we stay at just for one night because we arrive to San Juan late at night and I didn’t want to drive at night for an hour. Be aware that the showers are community showers. Not in the room itself. In the morning I went to the front desk and I asked if there’s was a place near by they would recommend for breakfast. And we loved having the luxury of secured parking right across the street! the very reason we choose Olimpo. “Abitta Condado was an absolute dream. It's a beautiful boutique hotel. The breakfast was recommended by the staff as well as other locations nearby. But the food, oh my goodness, you get so much. We had the chicken and waffles. That was the most incredible chicken waffle ever. Big, nice, juicy chicken breast? The waffles were topped with eggs and bacon and like a cheesecake type, Buttered syrup dressing. It was heaven and also the pancakes, the stack of pancakes. Absolutely perfect. Ordered...
