“I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. “What I liked the most was once I got out of the lobby. The beach was right in front of us.”

“The rooms are a bit out dated. The pillows are very uncomfortable. We stayed 5 night and 2 of the days we did not get our bath towels replaced. We also ran out of shampoo and body wash in the room. We called the front desk to get these items refilled but we never had a staff member bring them to us.”

“The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again.”

“When we arrived, there was almost no water anywhere in the city of San Juan due to a large breakage in the pipeline. Certainly not the hotel’s fault. They trucked in water when they could get it to fill their cistern and provided free 16 ounce water bottles whenever we asked for them free of charge. Room service was hit or miss, sometimes OK sometimes not. We were there for five nights. Staff tried to be helpful. AC worked great. We didn’t try the hot tub. They said they will refund us half...
