“This property was conveniently located but was very overpriced. The first room they gave us was terrible and not what was pictured when booked. They moved us to a better room with a balcony but it overlooked the parking lot. It didn’t appear to be busy so for what we paid a room facing the harbour would have been nice. Staff seemed friendly and we were given a treat bag upon arrival.”

“The SPA was closed for the whole long weekend... even though the Hotel advertises it self as Hotel & Spa. A small microwave in the room would be good to have to warm up your coffee and croissants that you have to buy since there is no breakfast; Nespresso was a bonus! Rooms are excellent and the views from the balcony are amazing, if you have on of those rooms with balcony (not every room has it). Location is fantastic, and the park in front is awesome.”

“The property looks a bit aged and the washer/dryer units are very old. However, customer service was great—when our bathroom sink clogged, the gentleman at the front desk handled it immediately and moved us to another room. Appreciate the fast response!”
