Hotel in zona Gulf Palms, Galveston

“Next to a truck stop very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep. Worst breakfast out of all our hotels on our Texas tour trip”

“The first room they gave us had a horrible smell. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the wall. The second the inside lock was broken and it had no towels. We made the best of the situation but I’ll never book here again. The only thing that did work was the a/c”

“We stayed at this hotel on the way to a cruise, and it was perfect for a quick stopover. The hotel is a typical Quality Inn. It was affordable and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The only reason I'm ranking it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room had some kind of smell to it. Just so you know, there is no fitness center. I couldn't find much information on the website because it's a chain, but I did find some sites online that said there is a fitness center....

“The beds are very hard the sheets were dirty the mini fridge had dead bugs in it the staff doesn’t understand us there wasn’t any towels in the room”

“Air conditioner in our room barley worked, kept finding dead bugs everywhere. The listing photos were a little misleading.”

“Terrible, very dirty and unkempt. No shower curtains and there was roaches. Do not recommend. And there was no cleaning staff qnd the phone in the room didn't work. NO BREAKFAST EVEN THO BREAKFAST IS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED.”

“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”

“Dirty ghetto and over priced, a room here should be no more than $50 worst maintained room I have ever stayed in cigarette burns everywhere, dirty sheets, dirty towels, holes in the walls”

“Lot of construction, try to check in a hr early to attend a funeral they charge me $25.00, I am a repeat customer.”

“We arrived at the location and the guy in the front said the system what down and it wouldn’t be up for hours or until 7am. we couldn’t get a refund because no one responded to our message we sent. I had to spend more money for a different hotel.”

“I went on a solo trip to Galveston for a night, and this was a good place to get some rest, take your food back to the eat (different places to eat surrounding the area), the beds were comfy. Short walk from seawall too.”
