“The room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed, i have reminded the front desk to clean it the second day that we are there to give them idea that the room was not cleaned but it was still not cleaned when we got there the afternoon. I called them and all they can do is to remove thrash, i got three kids and they can be messy. I told them maybe just a vacuum of the caroet but they said the cleaners left already. They did offer points but i dont think i will stay there again. The staff...
