Hotel a Harlan

“Hotel slightly run down . Shower had mold and water damage showing. Beds are very high and hard for a short person to get in to. Coffee is now ground and brewed upon request in dining area and was good.”

“Door handle didn’t want to work took 3-4 cats swipes each time before getting the handle to unlatch AC hardly worked in one room the other room ac didn’t work at all staff didn’t offer to move rooms was told they would come up to look at it which they ever showed up”

“I got 2 rooms for 2 nights, the staff was great, breakfast was great, but we had our hearts set on the pool it was the biggest part of our stay other than my husband going to the wrestling event, however unbeknownst to us the swimming pool was being worked on and not a drop of water was in it. They moved my sister to several rooms due to broken pull out beds, and to throw in the towel she found a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. “The room was comfortable enough. There are no grab bars in the shower/bath. There are no coffee makers in the rooms. If you want coffee or decaf in your room either bring your own coffee and maker, or instant. I burned myself twice trying to carry coffee to my room. The breakfast lady is gold and the food she prepares is good.”
