“After attending a wedding and staying at a resort at the northwest side of the island, we decided to try the opposite side. Very comfortable location overlooking a golf course. Even played a few holes. Very short drive to Volcano National Park where we spent quite a bit of time. Home was very clean, well equipped and owners were very accommodating. Very relaxing location. I highly recommend this location and would definitely come back if I was to stay in the area.”

“A peaceful getaway in the rain forest near Hawaii Volcanoes National Park with a great setup. We loved the privacy, the space, the easy access (that still gave a feeling of remoteness), the comfortable bed, the gas fireplace, the whirlpool tub and the wonderful kitchen. Everything seemed brand new. The house has been designed with several features that make me think the owner or designer is Japanese, including a genkan and a tanuki statue at the entry. The only (minor) complaint would be...

“If only we could have stayed longer! We had booking the glamping unit, but because of water issues Theresa switched us to the Bungalow, which was so cosy. She agreed alternative breakfast arrangements as we had to leave early on checkout. We only had time to meet the chickens and ducks at the doorstep, but we saw the donkey and goats sheltering from the rain! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're making a trip to Volcano NP. ”

“Great clean quaint lodge. Beautiful outlook in very quiet area. Special touch of fruit and goodies for breakfast and a huge bottle of water daily as water is not potable in the Volcano region. Office located at a nearby store which directions are clearly noted when booking the accommodation. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo b&b come base per la visita a Volcano National Park e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e professionale. Ci ha suggerito posti incantevoli da visitare. La camera era pulita e il bagno benche in comune con un'altra stanza è stato tutto per noi. La colazione confrutta, cereali lattee caffe è stat servita in un bellissimo lanai. Ritorneremmo volentieri inquesto b&b.”
