Hotel per fare shopping a Isola di Hawaii

“La mia stanza (spettacolare vista sull'oceano, molto pulita) distava ben 900 metri dall'uscita dell'hotel. La navetta non era quasi mai disponibile,spesso ferma per manutenzione. Avevamo preso camera con colazione, ma sconsiglio vivamente di prendere la colazione: con il voucher eravamo obbligati ad andare in un unico posto, con una fila di anche 15 minuti, per avere una misera scelta tra caffe, the o arancia e un altro pezzo salato. Non era possibile avere un dolce!!! Sconsigliatissima”

“This is a gorgeous resort. The lagoon was truly amazing. We snorkeled a lot and saw a lot of turtles and fish. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the room we booked was very expensive and I would have expected to have it serviced every day. However, the room was cleaned only every other day.”

“Beware that if you request an ocean view room, you are likely going to get a large view of the lobby roof top and and tiny view of the ocean to the side. They were kind of sneaky about this. Some people are okay with a view of the roof top but if you are turned off by looking out and seeing a black flat surface for your ocean view. you really need to request an ocean view. pool was good as well as the restaurant”

“This property is certainly has comfortible rooms and excellent soaps and lotions in the rooms. Maid service 2x's per day is excellent! Where the property could use improvement: cleaner pools, with 24/7 access pools water feels like a lot of bodies have made the water mucky. Access to the Ocean bay is far too hot late in the afternoon and again the water is not clear. Maybe access in the morning?? Food is average and this would include Brown's their 5 Star restaurant. The view is beautiful,...

“Bell’hotel in splendida posizione sulle colate di lava tra palme e prati verdi! Bella anche la baia dove fare snorkeling. Bellissimi i pesci che girano nei canali di acqua marina intorno all’hotel. Servizio da migliorare ma l’albergo vale il prezzo. Ci tornerei”

“The rooms were clean with great views. No amenities past 9pm. Everything shuts down. Cannot even buy a water.”

“This is a lovely lodge on beautiful property. We loved the vintage feel! Ate dinner at the restaurant, and both the food and service were good. Minutes from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. We had a very enjoyable stay!”
