“Overall we had a fabulous experience! Special kudos to the staff! Especially two that stood out Bill at the front reception desk who was personable, funny, attentive & bent over backwards to accommodate! Also Latasha who was very sweet & made sure we were taken care of! My only recommendations are about the room & they’re minor but would be well appreciated by all guests: there needs to be better lighting! “Amanda, who helped us check in, was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The room had several desk/dressers, so we had plenty of room to have our three suitcases laid out all the time. The bed and bedding were so good, I forgot I wasn't at home. The location was very good: we had quick access to stores and major roads, so we could quickly get where we wanted to go. “If your into clean new and nice this is your place - and the bed is also fantastic- if your a coffee lover , they do a morning coffee at the bar and they charge- so NO free breakfast but a nice cup of joe is available- I would always GO BACK it was just so very clean and nice ”

“We had stayed in this hotel, then called The Admiral Fell, many years ago. In its new incarnation as a Hilton, the hotel remains a terrific choice for a Baltimore trip. Fells Point (its location) has many restaurants, cafes, and little shops, and is very near by car from the Inner Harbor and museums. The staff at the hotel was lovely and efficient and the room was spotless and comfortable. ”

“Staff were courteous, easy check in and check out. One problem, the room was cold and the heat didn't work properly, room 222. I didn't ask for help because the clerk was male and I have severe PTSD from sexual violence, I would rather be cold than have a man who is a stranger in my room. Again, staff were great.”
