“This Motel was what I expected for the price. It's a great place if you need to crash for one night and have a hot shower. The area is quiet, however; there was quite a bit of noise in the room above 113. The room had a strong smell of fragrance. The double bed was ok. The decor is outdated. Again, not fancy at all but serves the purpose for a brief stay. No office staff after 6pm. Ample parking. The room looks exactly like the advertised photos. ”

“Compared to the Wyndham hotel across the street from them this is a five star motel. It was very clean I was going to no smoking room the room smelled great it was quiet. The property is always maintained well. Very clean. Staff is always very helpful. Completely enjoyed myself in a nice clean room. And I use a lot of hotels and motels so when I say it was clean it was a nice It definitely was 💯”

“The room was more than sufficient for my 12-day stay. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable for TV viewing and working on the laptop, and the kitchen was well-appointed for use by one person. The only thing the kitchen was missing was a stove but it had a nice microwave. I appreciated the smaller but full refrigerator with freezer. It was helpful in not needing to go out to eat every night. The housekeeping staff was super nice and helpful, emptying my room trash during my stay. They...

“We gave Bella Vista Hotel & Suites a 4 out of 5 and had a good overall stay. The transformation from the old Kirkley Hotel is beautiful, the breakfast options were solid, the room had a comfortable amount of space, and the elevator was impressively fast, which we appreciated. Pool area was nice for the space, though we didn't use it, nor did we use the gym or connected restaurant, which we were told was nice and delicious. A few areas could be improved: the bathroom had no counter space, though...

“This property is completely outdated in some of its rooms. Things are actually held together with tape. No comforter on the bed they did have a blanket in between two sheets that was on the bed. Stains on the furniture very bad things on the furniture. The room I stayed in the door had a gap in it wide enough where you can see daylight out into the parking lot. I happened to walk around the outside of the building on the front of the building and the Eve is riding off the front of the building....

“Room was very dingy smelt very bad. Toilet broke multiple times. Cigarette burns everywhere on bed curtains and floor. Couldn’t use the toilet half the time we were there. Outside trash everywhere. Ice machine room was flooded. Checked out day early and was told I would get the remaining time refunded but never did. Jiggar the manger was super nice but the other staff was not.”
