“This place was easy to check into easy to check out of. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Very clean hotel at a good price.”

“We got to the hotel at 9:30 pm, the front desk clerk was very nice, our room was awesome, we had a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was very well maintained and had three fountains going into the pool, the spa was great, it was big and bubbles like a hot tub. Breakfast was different everyday which was great. Will stay again. The only con I would say is they don’t have cleaning staff at night to get more towels or things to the room, you have to go to the front desk for those items.”

“This Hilton was clean and very dog friendly. The down side for me is I’ve stayed at a lot of hiltons and never heard of most amenities being only for platinum members such as breakfast or even a complimentary water bottle. Maybe this is a different type of Hilton which I may have over looked while booking I’ve stayed at a different one in downtown Asheville that offered all those things so I probably wouldn’t stay here again because kinda just rubbed me the wrong way. “The design of the room was ideal - lighting use was well-thought out - switches were convenient, plenty of light. Micro/refrig/coffee machine within one suite -great. Placement of mirrors was terrific - including both sides of the closet door. A/C was good. Bed was a bit unsupportive (room 505). Shower was strange - lacked a door, overspray became a bit messy. Very clean room, halls, stairwell. No "hotel smell" anywhere. One of 2 elevators was not working the 5 days we were there.,...
