“Terrible experience. If I could provide no stars I would do it. It should not be labeled as a luxury hotel there is nothing luxurious about it. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were denied a late check-out request, which is acceptable it’s not guaranteed. However, the “manger” that was consulted by front desk staff was not even in the office he alleged. As we passed the office and saw no one in the office through the window. Just say we can’t accommodate you and that’s it. Nonetheless,...

“It's all great, as far as i'm concerned, but one has to know in advance what sort of place it is. It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc.. (which their website makes clear.) i loved it, It's in the heart of the village. You'll want to walk to everything, which I enjoyed.
