“The hotel was about 80% empty, yet they gave us a non view second floor (NO ELEVATOR) room that, get this, SHARED A DOOR WITH THE ROOM NEXT DOOR! We heard every word of their conversations, phone calls, Tv etc. and they were up at 5am making noise. All unnecessary if they spaced the guests out for adequate privacy. “We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as...
