“Room was very clean and looked freshly renovated. Shower was great! Bed was not the best, but better than some hotels. Room and bathroom were large with lots of space! Overall a great stay!”

“Staff was nice. Room was not clean but looks like sheets were ok. Door hinges were solid rust and had to push it closed. Entry switch turned on no lights and lights beside bed did not work (tried every combination with the wall switch). There was a Wendy’s drink in the freezer (would have preferred complimentary wine). There was something splattered on bathroom door. Top of refrigerator was filthy. Honestly, was afraid to touch anything. 216 FYI. ”

“The room looked well put together when we got there. The woman that checked us in was super sweet and hospitable. The air/heat worked well, the fridge was cool, the water hot. The TV worked well and the safe was available with a key in the lock. There was also a microwave available. The downsides were that our shower's drain had come out and was just sitting on one of the shelves, which were slightly wobbly. “The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but...

“During the week in Bristol, there is virtually nothing going on except for the next door Birthplace of Country Music Museum and a few bars and maybe some restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nicely appointed. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows ever!! Only room complaint is the distance of the wall lamps next to the bed. The rooftop bar is nice, but drinks are less than exciting. Restaurant not worth the time.”

“Loved the overall feel of the place. It was nice that there was a great barbecue place connected to the property. It was an old-fashioned type bar and restaurant. . You can roll in , enjoy the property, including the rooftop, which is a must if you enjoy a cocktail and want something fun with a view of the town. Love this historic boutique hotel.”
