During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover.
If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...
