“The unit was clean and stocked. We had a few minor maintenance issues with our stay. The team responded right away and had maintenance out that same day. The team works hard to maintain their properties. We had zero issues with the team or the actual listing. This location unfortunately had live music nearby enough that it kept half of us awake until 2 am each of the weekend nights. When I mentioned to the team they did recommend other units that were not so close to the street. ”

“The location is perfect. Close to everything and although challenging to get in/out of the garage with an suv, it was doable and having parking included was a definite plus. We also reached out for dishwasher tabs and garbage bags and Jazz provided those with no problem. Some of the things that weren’t ideal were: you had to take two different elevators to get to the unit and then there were stairs you had to navigate to go down to the unit as well, main elevator was not well lit and the didn’t...

“Our stay was amazing, the price very reasonable, and the location was perfect. There was only one minor issue, but it does not affect my rating. You have to turn the tv all the way up to hear speaking, but when action or shooting happens it is super loud. You have to hold the remote at all times. It wasn’t that big of a deal. Everything cool was within walking distance. I think the monument was only 2 blocks away. We ate dinner at a very nice Italian restaurant maybe 5 blocks away. The apartment...

“The process getting the ode to get in was kind of a pain because it was last minute, but that's also on me because I reserved this for my employees so our communication could have been the issue. Getting it the day of check in made it difficult.”

“The unit is incredible. It was clean and well put together. The garage and off street parking were a bonus. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the restaurants on Mass Ave. We'll definitely be booking here again. Austin was very responsive when I had a questions.”
