“Don’t let the exterior of the hotel fool you, the rooms have been refurbished and they are quite nice. I would hold them up against Holiday Inn express rooms. The staff is the shining part of the hotel, the second you arrive you greeted by Debbie who is an absolute sweetheart, and will treat you like family, no need will go unattended. Richard in the kitchen in the morning will make you eggs to your order, this is a big plus. A+”

“I booked this hotel because of the extremely high ratings and glowing reviews online, but after staying here, I honestly do not understand how it earned such positive feedback. My experience was disappointing from start to finish and I would rate it closer to a 5/10 at best. The hotel felt outdated, worn down, and poorly maintained. Breakfast was very mediocre with an extremely limited selection and no hot food items at all. Calling it “complimentary breakfast” feels generous because it was...
