“Staff was great”

“First, they accused my husband of smoking in the room over the phone so without even entering the room and also after seeing him outside smoking and asking him then to complete check in procedure since we arrived after normal check in the night before. We are a black family so draw your own conclusions not to mention we have a 5yr old with asthma in our room as well..but ok. The room itself wasnt too bad. “Comp breakfast”

“Staff was out on break when we got there. Manager refused to help us. When checking out asked for a printed receipt. Told they would send it email. No I want a copy. Still told will email it and to this day I have not received it.”

“Great staff, reasonably priced, nice stay. Happy to have stayed there.”

“Check in was very quick and attendant gave us recommendations for a quick bite before bed. Large comfortable room and bedding was excellent.”
