“The condo was amazing and close to everything. We were only about 20 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center. The owner was very kind and responded fast to text messages. I would definitely stay here again.”

I rented a 3 bedroom for myself and my two boys however upon checking the sheets, one bedroom had stains on the mattress cover. It looked as though someone spilled butter from popcorn (there was m actual kernel in the bed) and the cleaning person did not clean the sheets. “Everything was as listed. Lots of space in the property. The Wi-Fi was not the best, but the Vacasa manager was amazing and mitigated my issue quickly and effectively. It would have been nice to have a pool pass though. ”

“My overall stay was great. I liked the service, the location, and the amenities were great too. However, the AC shut off at approximately 5 am. I woke up at 5 am in sweat. There was no electricity until 4 pm and my food went bad. It was uncomfortable. We had to leave the apartment until it was fixed because they couldn’t accomodate our needs. ”

The apartment floors were a little dirty and there really needed to be a fan in the 2nd bedroom. It was pretty stuffy in there with the thermometer limited to 72 at night.
