“Great property”

“Nice”

“The shower is as stated on another review. it is warm but I was there on one of the hottest weeks so it was perfect. If you plan on cooking and have leftovers, bring some disposable tupperware or ziploc bags, bottled water and ice.We also hung fly strips outside so that they didn't enter the home. We enjoyed it.”

“Nice place not far from the river! Friendly host and safe neighborhood, perfect place to wind down after our work event. The deck was nice to have at nighttime, it was very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.”

“Location was great”

“Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed.”

“Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Easy check in process.”

“The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. ”

“This is my second stay here at Andrew's Place. It is comfortable and charming as well as roomie! We loved it!”

“Great time. Got to visit this great city and stay right in the heart of it. Will be back.”

“Great location. Nice open floor plan. Good communication with host. Clean. New appliances. Nice bathrooms. Easy access to building, elevator and apartment door.Note only 4 parking spaces for 8 unit building. Was never an issue. Additional parking about a block away. Street parking seems readily available.Would like to see some handy info in the unit - perhaps a tent card. List Wi-Fi info and give a sentence or two of instructions on use of thermostat, dishwasher, electronic front door lock and...

“Always enjoy our stay at a Nelson Loft. Great location! ”

“Very creative unit with updated amenities in a fun and thriving section of Davenport. Host did a good job communicating access and parking options and everything worked as intended. Highly recommend this property!”

“Awesome stay and close to our venue.”

“Excellent stay, check in/out process was very smooth!”

“Had private (off the street) parking, walking distance to nice amenities. Very clean and thoughtful hosts of property. Nicest stay I've ever had traveling.”

“Very comfortable and roomy space. Great for relaxing in the evening after exploring Dubuque and the sounding areas. We ate out (many restaurants to try), so we didnt use the kitchen, but it was stocked with what we would have needed to cook. Very comfortable bed (that is so critical to us). Loved the back porch for sitting outside (or the front porch would also be good if you'd prefer shade). Thanks!!”

“Everything about this experience was great. The communication and guidance to the location was very helpful. The rental besides being very clean, it gave a peaceful destressing feeling. Would recommend 100%”
