Hotel con casinò a Iowa centro-orientale

“Our hotel room was clean and the bed comfortable. Check in took longer than expected due to a shift change but the staff were very friendly. Apparently Iowa allows smoking in the hotel and casino and even though we had a "smoke free" room, the stench of smoke through out the property was overwhelming. I imagine if you are a smoker, this would be no big deal. The restaurant Lucky's service was slow at the bar, but the food was worth the wait! Prices were reasonable. The show we attended was...

“Staff was attentive and pleasant. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The food at the Draft Day Sports Lounge was wonderful. ”

“The whole place is rundown. Mold in the wall next to the ice machine. Ceilings and tiles falling off in the rooms. Bedding not cleaned. My smallest kid had diarrhea and vomited from the pool water. ”

“Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. ”

“Staff was great. Fitness room very limited. Serving area for breakfast very small so was crowded but seating area was nice. Had 2 dogs in the room next to me and they barked whenever they heard a noise, not the staffs fault but what was their fault was putting them across from the elevator so lots of barking at random noises. Love dogs, but shouldn’t be allowed if they bark randomly. ”

“We arrived a little after 4 couldn't get checked in first 2 people we dealt with where extremely friendly at 6 we went & tried to check in room was finally available the younger gentleman was extremely rude & very unfriendly! I personally think he needs a different job that does involve customer service! ”
