“Sevizio check in lento, deposito bagagli all’arrivo in attesa della camera gratis mentre al check out a pagamento. Pulizie camere inesistente nonostante avessi pagato di più per la camera con bagno privato, camere molto buie con pareti sottilissime che ti permettono di conversare con in vicini senza alzare la voce ( non è una battuta). Nota positiva la posizione della struttura molto comoda, vicina a Playa Norte e alla via principale di Isla Mujeres.”
