“Ottimo hotel comodo alla Zona centrale”

“Ants and coakroaches in the room. Mould and AC leaking. Wet carpet. Microwave not working. Toileteries missing and not replenished. Rooms were not serviced for towels and replishment. Service was poor. Ac door was vibrating when you set fan at high speed and vents were blocked with dirt. We changed 3 rooms 650/210/810 and all room had issue. Not worth money they charged for the trip. We even couldnt sleep 4 nights we stayed there.”

“Struttura datata ma ok se non si hanno pretese. La vetrata che portava al poggiolo aveva bisogno di un bastone per esser chiusa in sicurezza. Clima non presente ma eravamo già stati avvisati..è bastato il ventilatore. Per gli stessi soldi credo si trovi di meglio.”

“Location ok, walking distance from black sand beach, not too far from the volcano. Is more an hotel apartment vs hotel. No services for breakfast, dinner, food, supermarket is 20min driving, reception close at 5pm We asked for a sea view room, but, we got a room in a very bad position.”

“The property grounds were beautiful and serene. We were so happy we chose this place outside the hustle and bustle of Hilo. The trip into Hilo was about 20 minutes, but the drive was beautiful and worth the peacefulness of the property. There were many sites to see within a few miles, such as Akaka falls and the Botanical Gardens.”

“Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Peccato la carenza d'informazione sul check-in. L'indirizzo dato è quello del check-in (altro lodge, non ricordo il nome) mentre la struttura si trova a ca. 1 miglio su un'altra strada.”

“A due passi dall'ingresso del Volcano National Park. Sistemazione confortevole, in mezzo alla giungla. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno lasciato una abbondante colazione. Le camere sono accoglienti anche se vista la posizione c'è mota umiditià, ma il posto ricompensa del disagio. ”
