“The perfect beach view from the balcony, spent each morning watching the sun rise from there. The hammock was an added bonus. Very comfortable unit, clean, full kitchen and washer and dryer in condo very helpful. Love the location, easy walking distance to food and restaurants and the beach. We've stayed at Sandy Hills 4x already, but this was our first time in this unit and would stay here again. “Basic apartment with a decent view”

“the host didn’t provide check-in information until four hours past the check-in time. I also solely booked this for the hot tub on the terrace and when I booked it, they told me for the first two days of my booking, which was half of my stay that they don’t operate the hot tub anymore and it’s somehow my fault for booking this unit because they don’t use the hot tub anymore and I should’ve known. “The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. ”

“It was very clean, the yard is well kept, and sitting on the back porch looking out to the mountains and watching the birds was a great experience by itself. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the neighbors were friendly and welcomed us.”
