“Everything here was great from start to finish. Easy check-in and check-out and the owners were super flexible and accommodating! The house itself was very clean and tidy. Comfy beds, enough space for all of us and the pool was the best! Plus you’re right on Pine with all the shops and restaurants and super close to just hop right over to the beach. Will definitely be staying again!”

“We enjoyed our stay during Saint Pete Pride! It was only 14-18mins walk to the Park. 8 minute drive to the Central District which made the Uber cheap. Nearby shops and restaurants also walking distance. Our beds were super comfortable, with enough pillows and towels. Super clean place, will definitely try to book again for next year's pride. “Wow! Amazing house with pool super close to Bean Point!Completely remodeled after 2024 hurricanes! New carpet, new everything. The pots and pans in the cupboard still have labels on them. Yes, there are some sand toys, 2 beach chairs and pool noodles in outdoor storage box. We left a large tube/ donut ring float for you to enjoy. A few puzzles but no kids toys. Plenty of coffee filters, no salt or pepper. Comfy beds. NO BUGS Did not use the pool as too many mosquitos, just so much rain...

“House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. ”
