“BEWARE! WE GOT BED BUGS! Also, our room had a broken toilet and phone so we were moved. The second room had a broken bathroom fan that LOUDLY screeched to the point that we didn’t even shower or turn on the light, which was on the same switch. The room had broken window blind levers. There were no blackout curtains so the room was bright. The 8.2 rating is deceiving. Sure, the staff were nice, but just spend a little more money and stay somewhere better. “First room I could not lock the door. Second room I had to place a towel to fill in space between the door and the floor. The pictures was not what the room was however the bed was comfortable. I feel that because we booked through Expedia we were given the poorest room available. This place was a 2.5 at best. ”
