“I rented this condo with 3 friends for a retirement celebration trip. The property was clean and exactly as described. It came with a starter kit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc., which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the furniture on the balcony was great, a high top table with chairs for an unobstructed view of the sea. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I highly recommend...

“This place was perfect for our family of 3. The condo is immaculate, well-appointed, and well-stocked. The beach is just steps away on the boardwalk. The ocean is calm in this estuary area, and we saw dolphins every day both from the beach and the back deck. The host is a great communicator--friendly and responsive. We have stayed in the Pelican Watch Villas before, and this unit is our hands-down favorite.”

“Very nice and clean. Great communication by the manager and very straight forward for checking in and out.One suggestion: we tried to make omelet one morning.The pans were old the coating layer was loose and scratched.”

“Close to the beach…clean…perfect for 2 people. We have been coming to Kiawah for 40 years. I would recommend a larger mirror somewhere in the villa. A very small one is in the bathroom. For the price, this villa was all we needed for a short vacation at the beautiful island of Kiawah.”

All though the dryer was down while we were there, management insisted on giving us a gift card to a local restaurant for our troubles. Morgan was excellent in her correspondence and response times prior to our visit which made everything seamless. Would definitely visit again should we come back.”
