“The property itself was great overall, other than a couple of minor repair needs in our unit. However, we had some issues with check in and the staff. When we checked in, we were tricked into signing up for a sales presentation. When I tried to get out of it, I discovered we would be penalized a $50 fee if we didn't endure it since we had technically agreed to it, even though it wasn't adequately explained at check in.
