B&B a James Island

“My wife and I were very happy with our stay. Our room and the rest of the property was very clean and bright. Although the property is very old the amenities were modern, yet you still had the feel of old southern living. Abigail, our hostess was great. She was very friendly and was able to make us feel at home. We didn't partake in the breakfast due to our sightseeing adventures, but it was offered. “We have been coming for many years, unfortunately the breakfast and the evening apps and drinks have gone down in quality. We still come as still a good deal in the folly location, just sad to see that the amenities aren't what they used to be.”

“Enjoyable Stay! Nice to park the car and walk! Cozy room with everything you need!”

“Such a cute place. Really enjoyed the seating areas outside, location, and comfort levels. I would stay here again”

“great staff”

The location was walking distance to amazing restaurants (Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Allora, etc.) and quaint shops (loved the plant/gift shop right around the corner) and everything downtown Charleston (a short Uber if you prefer). Courtney and Nova were amazing hosts-...
