“Southern Charm at its best! I've always wanted to stay in a bed and breakfast and this one definitely met my expectations. Great location and right next to horse and carriage rides. We had a wonderful time!”

“The rental was very clean and had many nice amenities such as bottles water, snacks, etc. The location was great with many cafes, bakeries, and restaunts nearby. It was only a 30 minute walk to historical Charleston. The parking was included as well. The only issue was the shower was a bit awkward with water splashing everywhere because there is no tub and just a French drain.”

“Air conditioning not working 3/5 -upside- fun and great views, breakfast was yummy, cookies wonderful, fun happy hour with fun wine. I loved the ride/beach chairs/umbrella. Loved that the balcony was screened in to keep out the bugs. Downfall- The AC was out down stairs and all that was said was “AC is out downstairs…sorry” on a sign on the front desk. “Charming inn close to center of Folly, but far enough away. Excellent food and super sweet staff. The WiFi was a bit challenging. But, it did not keep us from loving our time at the inn. We will be back.”
