“The second I pulled in there was no doubt I wouldn't be staying at this property. It was trashed & appeared to be very unsafe. I circled around the property to find a man with no shirt and no shoes chasing another man on a bicycle while screaming, cussing and trying to hit him with a stick. There was tons of trash, broken and damaged furnishings & bags of what appeared to be clothing all throughout the parking lot. The "pool" was filled with broken furniture, mattresses & had a tarp on it...

“The crab grass lmfao. The grits were good too. Also the rooms very quit could not hear the traffic or anyone else around you while you were in your room. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.”

“I’ll start off with saying the staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly and welcoming. The downside was the pictures shown when renting definitely don’t match. The property is definitely in need of an upgrade as the room I was in looked like it could have been involved in a crime of some sort. Holes in the walls, couldn’t shut bathroom door, also had a hole in it. The walls were dirty. The bed was comfortable. The pool looked ummm sketchy so I didn’t use it.
