“The staff was friendly and helpful even when there were many things I kept calling a out to address. Overall the room was good and a great price for the one night stay. It wasn't great because of the cleanliness of the stay. I don't exaggerate when I say there were stains on everything. They were washed and cleaned but the sheets had stains and the towels had stains and there were even weird stains on the carpet in the room. It doesn't make things feel clean and it's harder to rest. “I have no complaints! We arrived kind of late and the man at the desk was very welcoming and helpful even late at night. Gave me a full run down of everything I could use & made sure I knew how to get to my room. Even gave me a map and drew on it for me! It’s the little things that matter most.. he was super kind I wish I had gotten his name! We were going in a cruise and this was just a one night stay. “Staff was lovely. Starbucks was a great perk! Pun intended! Room was spacious and clean. We'll definitely come again. Maloney's Irish pub had great service and food, kids can stay till 10pm. No room service but the list of places that deliver and were within walking distance was lengthy and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect and stayed open a bit after 9 even though they said 6-9am. Those ladies worked hard. Overall a great stay!”

“What I like was that it’s right across the street of Busch gardens, so if you plan to go there the hotel is a great choice for short distance, the thing I didn’t like was the foul smell when going up the stairs, it smelled like urine.”
