“Cute, trendy, well appointed rooms. Fabulous linens, nice decor and thoughtful design. Clean lines hid the entrance making it very confusing where to valet park. In addition, the hairdryer, steamer and tissues were on a shelf tucked at least 8 ft in the built in closet. Lights to bath turn on entire room.”

“The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.”

“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”
