“Check in was smooth, beds were great. They are remodeling so things may be getting updated, but our bathroom definitely needed work as the ceiling was quite mildewy or something. Could use a bathroom fan too.”

“I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy! Hair on all of our bedsheets, hair, dirt and crumbs behind each bed, wet sheets for the pull out couch in the dresser with no blankets. Microwave was filthy, stuff splattered all over. “This was a terrible place to stay and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The shower curtain was dirty with black stains all over it, the bathroom door in our room was falling off, the ac unit didn't cool properly, the 2 exit doors are broken and you have to fight then to get them to even open then the 1 has a hay string for the door handle to get back in. The only reason I gave it a 1 star on most of the stuff is because I didn't have an option of no stars”
