“I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER ROOMS AT THIS FACILITY, BUT THE ONE I RESERVED WAS IN NEED OF A FEW UPDATES. THE HOT WATER WAS RUNNING (IN THE SINK) WHEN I ENTERED THE ROOM. NOT SURE IF COFFEE WAS POURED IN THE SINK, BUT THERE WAS REMAINS OF A BROWN LIQUID. AS I TURNED ON THE SHOWER, A LARGE GUST OF RUSTY WATER CAME FROM THE SHOWER HEAD. THE WINDOW CURTAINS COULD BE UPDATED.”

“The good news, the staff was wonderful, kind, and gracious.
The bad news, everything else.
1st, bugs, bugs , bugs, every day I was there ( 5 days) but yhe last one.
I had to go to the office to get, a hair dryer, ( suppose to be there according to the website) , bar soap for the shower, hangers, ( none in the room ) and a blanket.
The bed was moderately comfortable, the entire room was dingy and in need of a redo.
I have NO idea how anyone could have given a 10 in their review.
