“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom...

“Awesome hotel!! Bed was very comfortable and the mini-kitchen was great. Location was nice. Staff was very professional. Just wish they served breakfast at the hotel. There was restaurants right next to the hotel which gave discounts when you showed your hotel key. Overall excellent hotel and would stay here again.”

“Staff was great and very helpful but we got water leaking in the room at 2 in the morning so had to deal with that. Breakfast was disappointing with powdered eggs and something they called bacon so we only ate there once in the 5 days we stayed. I have stayed at other locations and had great experiences so I just hope this location improves.”

“Customer service by some employees was excellent while others not so much. I asked for my sheets and towels to be cleaned after four nights to which they replied, "it's an extended stay, we don't do that here. We only clean every two weeks." I asked for a clean towel and they replied, "you will be charged extra." no thank you. The vending machine was out of order three of my five days there so I had to walk over a mile there and back to get drinks from a convenience store. I'm pretty sure...

When we asked for coffee creamer, she only wanted to give us 2, rolled here's at us, saying rude comments and very disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service. Then, our roomgad a gift hole by the bed. Our kids almost fell from it a few times. Breakfast was constantly empty. We had to keep reminding staff to replenish the food. The shower wouldn't work properly. We had to move furariund to plug in...
