“My family of 5 had a great weekend stay! We were given our check-in codes prior to arrival for a seamless entry. We loved being walking distance to the beach and amount of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and wagon. Plenty of beach and bath towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee pot, and more. Loved relaxing with the windows open listening to the ocean waves and watching the sunset from the balcony. Walked the Strand to Simmzy’s for lunch and visited the pier and aquarium. Overall a...

“It was great. Felt like going back in time to the 1920s. Parking was a nightmare though. And it was rough not having air conditioning, but it says it all in the reviews unfortunately I wanted to feel what it was like in the 1920s vs air conditioning, I’ll choose air conditioning next time. ”

“The place is great. Unfortunately, there is a large multi-story apartment building under construction within 30 feet of all windows. Pounding starts at 7:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm. This should have been advised or a reduced rate for the inconvenience caused. ”

“Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again !”
