“This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. ”

“We loved this space! It was centrally located to all the things we were doing over the weekend. The AC was strong so that was good to beat the heat. We were also under the assumption that there would be a wall to the bedroom and not just a curtain, but we didn’t really mind since we were all close. “It was great. Felt like going back in time to the 1920s. Parking was a nightmare though. And it was rough not having air conditioning, but it says it all in the reviews unfortunately I wanted to feel what it was like in the 1920s vs air conditioning, I’ll choose air conditioning next time. ”

“Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again !”

“This was a great little place. Fit everyone of my family, and it had everything we needed to have a good stay! Easy access to the beach, food nearby..I don’t recommend parking in the area. I used public transit to get around. Neighborhood isn’t the best, a few houseless people around. Makes sense though. That is life. Excellent communication with the host!!”
