“Clean room, great facilities and good location. I’d say the only downsides for me is that there’s too many locks throughout the property (a total of 4 to go through before you can enter your room - 1 at the main entrance, 2 to enter the building and 1 to enter the room) and since there’s no on-site staff you have to message them on Expedia and wait for a response and they can be a little slow). “I had a delayed flight. I called the property 3times the day before arriving to cancel and got no answer. I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions. I sent screenshots and advised that I was unable to reach the staff, and was told a refund could not be issued because it was after 24hrs but I attempted well within the grace period. “Quiet peaceful stay”

“Purchased 2 beds for a night as we are no where near from here, I sent a message that we would be late like they asked and we never got a reply back. We went to the hotel and waited calling for about a hour and a half and all calls were declined. We had to sleep In the car at a rest stop.”

“It was so bad and not clean”

“Stayed for a week,a lot of info was withheld and the organizers weren’t transparent about. There’s trash on the side of the house,they’ve continued to let guests who were obnoxious rude or violent stay there. Each time it was brought up,it was dismissed. I personally witnessed the staff steal a guest’s food and be absolutely rude about it. Newer guests were known gang members who said “we should set up shop,here” over the week the staff would come in and not actually clean anything, there was...
