“Very noisy AC. Stained carpets and towels”

“You could tell that they have tried to update the property but still needs a lot of work! For me it was the smoking rooms, even though ours was non-smoking you could smell the next room over smoking through the joining door, which I was very unhappy with!!”

“Room was clean as taff was nice our bathroom pipes were making sounds in the room so they let us Change rooms with no issues. The new girl at the front desk was new and very kind but charged us after we had reservation with Expedia but that is being credited to us. Expedia helped in that situation. But all in all it was a nice comfortable hotel and I would stay again. It was a good location as well.”

“Place was clean and worth the cost. Staff is very understaffed at night. Carol was very kind but was cleaning having to do multiple roles so it took awhile to get us checked in. Very practical, easy place to stay.”

“I booked a hotel room through the Expedia website and paid for one night. I checked in, but I didn't stay in the room for more than five minutes because it was disgusting. There was hair everywhere and trash piled up behind the beds, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in months. I immediately went to the front desk, handed the keys to the concierge, and left. I requested a cancellation and a refund, but he told me he couldn't process it because a third party was involved.”

“Staff was great. This is an older hotel, could use refreshing in the rooms. The rooms are musty and feel constantly wet. I would not stay here again.”

“The property had nice appliances and decor. The front desk was friendly. It was only surface cleaned. Makeup smudges on bathroom door bottom of shower had visible soap scum I had to clean. The restaurant and bar is closed on Mondays. The restaurant and bar was closed by 9 the rest of the time. The pool bar is only open on the weekends. They had no vending machines. One of the elevators was down for a few days. I didn't see housekeeping. Had to go and get my own supplies. They were out of wash...
