“Room wasn’t as clean as we had hoped for. There was a fingernail on the bathroom floor, toilet paper in the toilet bowl, and some black stains on one of the bed comforters. The floors were very dirty, as we noticed our socks were black after walking without shoes for a few minutes in our room. Other than that, we felt like we got what we paid for!”

“The price was great. Room was clean. Had an exercise room. We thought they would have their pool open but it wasn't. The tub stoppers need replaced because it barely kept the water in both times we stayed. Breakfast was water, juice box, apple, little package of wafers. Coffee, my spouse said, was terrible. He didn't know if it was from the coffee maker or what. The other motel we stayed in, he said used the same coffee. It didn't taste bad. Walmart was near by so you could easily go buy...

“Do not book through Expedia! Got there had no room although I had an itinerary number and confirmation number from Expedia. Had to buy another room when we got there after paying through Expedia. Now I’m trying to get a refund through Expedia for the room I didn’t get through them. No fun!! Call the motel directly to get your rooms. ”

“I was in the breakfast room a few minutes to nine as the breakfast attendant was hurriedly taking down all the food. I asked her if I can make a quick waffle. The answer was no. Not very customer service friendly. Probably would not stay here again. ”

“I booked this hotel in error and requested a refund. I never checked in but I was some how checked in by the hotel and a refund was not given. Not even a partial refund. I booked through Expedia and they couldn’t even get me my refund. ”
