Hotel a Lathrop

“The pictures do not represent the property at all! The hotel is run down, at least by the looks of the outside and from desk area, and the area is extremely sketchy. When I booked this room, it did not say smoking room in the description, so when I showed up to the hotel, they said they only had a smoking room for me. I could not stay in a smoking room, and they had no other rooms available. Which honestly was a blessing considering how unsafe I felt there just by driving up to it. So the...

“Did not like the kiosk for check in. It was hard to understand the person. I felt it impersonal. Coffee makers in room would have been nice. Room was decent.”

“The front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, when we were settled into our room and turn on the TV, we could get a single station to work. The TV guide showed "No Information" for every single channel. I informed the front desk through their text messaging, but the issue wasn't addressed. Additionally, we saw a couple of ants crawling on the night stand.”

“It was fine for one night. Brand new hotel so there is still a little construction dust to clean up. Room was surprisingly noisy for a new build - you can hear cars outside and HVAC is kind of loud. No local tv channels (as of yet) so it appears that you need to log into apps on the tv. Did not see a way to use airplay from device. Breakfast was ok - yogurt was overly sweet and not too appealing as is extruded out of a machine”

“Breakfast consisted of sugar , carbs, no protein The eggs come in little packets and they were set on ice. The pancake machine burnt the pancakes. The only place you could get ice was on the first floor so if you was on the second floor walk walk walk. The coffee was terrible smelled and tasted like burnt rubber. I just feel that someplace could have done better for the price that I paid. Old microwave and old refrigerator.”

“Was very nice and quiet, I ended up bringing all my own things for showering like body wash. For the most part you don’t need to plan around too much.”

“Breakfast is not great. Carpets in hallway are gross and furniture including mattress was in poor condition. Our daughter loves the pool but if no upgrades occur we will not be back”

“We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.”

“This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated.”

“The room is outdated, same with the bathroom. Old looking and the room was dark.”
