“Very clean, and smelled wonderful. Only reason for Four instead of Five is no place to sit in the room, except the bed. There’s room for one. Overall I’d recommend it.”

“Road noise was loud, carpet was soiled, beds and pillows were comfortable. Furniture was new, bathroom was old. It was clean anf fine for an overnight. Breakfast was adequate, server was very sweet.”

“We had to clean our own room take out our own trash after spending over 700.00 dollars for three nights. The " house keeper" was on our floor all three days and didn't even touch our room. My wife had to go to the front desk to get supplies two days in a row. The front desk said "they were understaffed". We have stayed here twice and we have to stay in Ronoake Rapids one more weekend. It's a good thing there are two more hotels right next to this one. Hilton should be ashamed. The Holiday Inn...

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ITS DISGUSTING!! We checked in, our room was filthy, blood stains all over the bedding, dirt and hair in the shower, pee all over the bathroom floor, no bedding for the pullout couch. The site says there are cribs available, we were told they only have one and it was already taken and this is why we booked this hotel. Went to call down to the front desk about the filthy room, the extension is non-existent, so I used my cell phone to call outbound to get to the front desk. Let...

“My first room had a toilet that didn't stop running. The room they moved me to had a door that stuck. This place needs a clean up. Also there was no breakfast buffet. The only saving grace was the wait staff for breakfast. They were wonderful. Please work on improving this location.”

“We stopped here on a road trip to Washington DC I’m literally the hottest day of the year so we were sure to bring a cooler with drinks in it that is very heavy. We ask the clerk of the desk where are the luggage cars and he was absolutely no help at all stating that there were only two and they’re probably in a room.”
