“The room was kinda clean. The staff was completely not helpful we asked for towels and then 3 hours later we still didn't have towels and they were not busy. The air conditioning barely worked we turned it on full blast and it still didn't cool down the room after 3 hours and the room isn't even that big. The room is old and muggy. This is a cheaper option but still isn't worth the money do not pre-order this motel. The pool was not in working order so you couldn't swim. There is not breakfast...

“Pool was down, power went out for 5 hours due to storm. My room had stains on the carpet and sheets. Asked for shower only, 1 king size bed. Instead I got twin beds, and shower and bed combo. Breakfast wasn't bad.”

“July 3rd, we couldn't find a parking spot when we returned. Because of the fireworks and the property allowing everyone to park there we were unable to find parking. We walked in through the door by the pool, when I went looking for someone at the front desk, there wasn't an employee there. The employee was OUTSIDE watching the fireworks. When I mentioned no parking on the property, she said yes, I told the Manager this would happen. I had two reservations, each one for a night. Upon check...

“I was only there for 8 hours before our next softball game. The floors were dirty. The counter we put stuff on was dirty. Maybe wax on it couldn’t tell. Red roof is our affordable and clean Hotel for travel but this wasn’t it. We also had to pay an additional $50 and I haven’t seen if they put it back into our account t yet. They must have bad customers but I. Won’t be another”

“The wait staff was extremely nice and friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious, spacious, and the air conditioning wasn't even on 10 minutes and it was ice cold. The breakfast was good. It had a workout area, a pool and had laundry if you needed it you still have to pay for it though. The bed felt amazing two sets of pillows, the room was huge plenty of room, the shower felt amazing and the soap and shampoo and conditioner were very nice.”
