“Check in staff great. Bed was really bad even for a hotel bed. Rest was fine.”

“The room did not get cool enough to sleep comfortable. The staff did give me a fan to use to help, but I would have rather not had to bug them about it at 3:00 am. The Continental breakfast was average. No meats. The maintenance on the room was of poor workmanship. The painting around the trim was quite unsightly. Overall, I will probably pick a more updated hotel in the future.”

“I'm sorry to disagree with some of these other reviews. I was unimpressed with this hotel. The room had a slight musty odor, and the bed was a bit outdated and somewhat saggy. Loved the good hot shower though, with lots of pressure. Please take some of the renovation money you are spending and buy a new toaster for the breakfast area!”

“We had to change our room three times! Two of them smelled of smoke. One room didn't have the lights working. Internet was disconnecting so often and the breakfast was horrible! I am sorry to say that but if you travel with your family you can't accept so poor conditions... At the desk the young lady was anyway ok giving us the chance to change rooms but she seemed habit to do so...”

“I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, so it’s not really that bad, the pool is never usable, the breakfast is a joke, the rooms are worn and the bathroom is especially worn out. Why do I stay there? Price, convenience and the staff. The place is right off the highway, quiet and safe feeling, the price is the best I could find for Kentucky Derby week, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve paid a lot more for hotels that were far worse, it isn’t the Hilton, but the television works,...
