“Great location. Coupler of miles from beautiful downtown Paducah and Ohio river. Many areas asking the river flood wall for picnicking. Great walking paths asking river as well. Property was undergoing construction and renovation. New carpets, paint, etc and updated amenities were nicer. Pool was closed due to renovations and there was some confusion on which breakfast items to put out due to some being for new name to be revealed later that day.”

The hospitality was honestly top-tier, and other hotels could definitely take pointers from this place on how to treat guests. I also want to add that I made one call regarding my room and my service dog, and Chin was absolutely wonderful.
