“First room has blood on the she's, staff was very friendly and got us a second room. That one had a very dirty bathroom. Overall experience not great.”

“If I wasn’t my friend was in hospice, and I went through a great expense to get there and I didn’t spent much time there,I would have loss the money I paid and gone somewhere else. The place was dirty. Equipment did not work. repairs being done on the building. ”

“Property is clean which is why I provided 3 stars overall. Mattress/bed was well past its lifespan. Property in general needs some maintenance to fix little things here and there. Staff were polite but not overly friendly by any stretch. Would stay here again if they replaced the mattresses. Instant coffee only, this nearly pushed me to 2 star review… iced lemon water in the lobby redeemed them.”

“Would be nice to have more furniture on outside patio. Bar was not open. Receptionist could sell drinks. Night shift receptionist was not very freindly!”

“We reserved a suite to sleep our party comfortably, all amenities needed were in the room. Plenty of luggage carts a key item we look for at all stays.”

“Yes to both questions! This motel is a favorite of mine. They are so nice and friendly! Check in is a breeze! The rooms are super clean and sooo comfortable! ”

“I had this room reserved and when I arrived to check in at the front desk the already fed-up employee said nope we are full! Eventually I got him to look at my phone and see that we did in fact have a confirmed reservation under my name at this very location. After some digging on the computer, he told us they must have overbooked and thus cancelled our room, but we "should get a refund". We had driven across the country at this point and now had nowhere to stay. The staff made it very obvious...

“Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. ”
