“The whole hotel has a strong smell it made my head hurt the lamps didn’t work so had minimal light in the room I was staying in. ”

“Booked last minute to stay for our anniversary but was not told upon check in that there was no hot water in the hotel and was also told there was nothing they were going to do about it when I asked to speak to a manager. I was told it was to late (9pm) and that I just needed to go to my room and wait until the next day when a maintenance staff member would be available.
