“The food areas should be cleaned while people are eating, since a lot of spilled food on the floor could create a hazard. Good service-new hotel; overall very nice, with caring staff. Controls for air conditioning and heating were hard to work in the room. In the disabled room, the shampoo and the other bottles of liquids in the shower are set too high to reach, as are most of the towels. The shower is very good, but there should be a warning about how hot the water is, (also for the sink). ”

“Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....
