“The hotel was very clean and staff nice. The breakfast was good as well.”

“Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.”

“Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong smell of urine and dampness/moisture when we arrived, which made it feel unclean and uncomfortable. The location was convenient, but the odor really affected our experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests.”

“I appreciated the complimentary breakfast with waffles, but there wasn't quite enough space around the buffet and it got pretty crowded with all the people trying to get food.”

“We were very impressed with this particular location. Very clean & we appreciated the extra security measures even though this area certainly didn’t warrant it. ”

“Check in was a breeze, staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. The evening kickback and breakfast were so convenient and really good. This was our first time staying at this location and definitely plan on making this our regular stop when traveling from Alabama to Michigan.”

“We arrived to a clean room that was ready for our stay. The room was large and had the expected amenities. The shower delivered plenty of hot water at a fast speed from a large shower head. A little too fast for the drainage which was a tad bit sluggish. The room was very quiet and blocked interior hotel sounds as well as outside traffic sound. The AC worked great. The bed was The perfect combination of furnace and softness. No complaints from us. ”
