“Everything was perfect”

“Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning. Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other. Other than that it was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast...

“The room was very comfortable with everything you could want. Comfortable beds, nice sitting area. Unexpectedly it had a deep soaking tub in the bathroom. And the heated pool had jets along one side! Breakfast was good. Coffee so so. But all in all a fabulous place to stay!”

“Every thing was clean, staff was excellent. The only down fall was only 2 towels for a weekend stay and the rolls of toilet paper were used and no spare rolls. ”

“The hotel staff was so kind. The room was just what we needed after a day full of travel. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was hot. The continental breakfast and coffee was a great way to start another day of travel. ”

“Clean room and cozy bed and sitting area. Great shower! Only complaint is the coffee machine in the room had to be cleaned before I’d use it. There was sediment where the water is added. Breakfast was good but warm not hot ”

“I was double charged for parking, also an employee came to my room claiming a noise complaint my kids were sleep and the other was watching tv. When I told him it wasn’t my kids and please don’t come back knocking at the door for a noise complaint we were not responsible for the noise he told me if he comes back again I will be put out and for what. “everything was good”

“I wanted to recognize the young woman who staffed the desk for the afternoon shift. It was busy, there were a number of small things (no fault of hers!) that went awry, and she handled it all with grace and courtesy. She told me later it wasn't her usual shift. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves recognition for her calmness under pressure and her creative problem-solving. ”

“Loved the care that the staff put into the hotel. Breakfast was different every morning, which was nice! Good coffee, clean rooms, soft towels! ”

“Though we left at 5am we didnt get breakfast but this one of the best hotels weve stayed at so far! We traveled from canada to Florida and this hotel was the best! Pool area/hot tub and sauna was great! Room was clean, and lots of room! The family was very happy with this stay! The only issues we had was the wifi didnt work the greatest. But thats okay! Was worth the stay!”
