“This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab.”

“I wanted to go to Richmond because I’m a huge Ted Lasso Fan! This hotel was beautiful! The foyer area was decorated for Christmas. The staff carried our bags in for us. It is perked up on a hill and walkable to the town. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Felt very safe here! ”

“The hotel was great! It would be nice to have something close to eat other than the restaurant, but being right at the airport it's understandable. We did walk about 25 mins to a Tesco Superstore for some snacks. Hotel was clean and staff great. Shuttle to the airport was easy and not too expensive. ”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night, coming from London for the reading Festival. We arrived around 12 pm so the rooms were not ready but we could check-in and leave our luggage. The location is fantastic if you're arriving by train as it is right in front of the station. We were back later and were given the room key. Our room was quiet, had a very nice decor and modern appliances. The check-out was at 12 pm, and we really enjoyed that we could sleep a bit longer than the average 11 am check...
